XTractor Lite
A platform for analysis of annotated facts obtained from millions of PubMed abstracts. The XTractor Lite knowledgebase includes pre-indexed annotated biomedical literature obtained using text mining technology that enables identification of the key biomedical terms and also classifies the facts into the most relevant categories. XTractor Lite also provides graphical view/tag cloud based sorting and quick refining of the PubMed content across all years.
