Of the 2500-3000 abstracts published in PubMed everyday, around 1000 abstracts contain a protein in them, out of this set of 1000 abstracts we cover around 600 of the most relevant abstracts which contain relationships this amounts to 66% of the relevant information published everyday by PubMed. XTractor Premium weekly updates provide you with the most latest manually annotated scientific sentences from PubMed. More than 600 sentences are added daily to XTractor Premium. Also we send an email alert to intimate on your favorite data points as and when they get added to XTractor Premium. We provide data from PubMed within 10 days of publication.

Summary Search provides you simple means to generate reports for your single protein or drug of interest. This report can also be exported as pdf or printed.

Summary Search is a basic search feature of XTractor Premium - it's a simple search feature, which enables you to generate dynamic reports and graphical view for your query. You can also refine your data using the various options presented here.

Semantic Search enables you to query the XTractor Premium knowledgebase using multiple level refining and also has advanced features to mine the scientific content and make hypothesis at ease.

Concept linking feature enables creating newer relationships using the content present in the XTractor Premium knowledgebase. This feature provides newer analytical means to refine the content.

XTractor Premium knowledgebase also provides bibliographic details for all the sentences that are stored. You can use this utility to track organizations/pharmas and their major areas of research.

Watch List feature is an extension of the XTractor Free version. Using the watch list feature, you can add your favorite protein, drug, disease or biological process and track them whenever the latest annotated data for them gets added in the XTractor knowledgebase.

Email alert notification gets active by default when you add your terms of interest to the watch list. You will be sent weekly updates on the data when it gets added for each of your entities of interest.

Tag clouds show a list of relevant terms or the most occurring terms (tags) in the XTractor Premium knowledgebase watch list. The bigger/bolder the font the more relevant is the tag is represented in your watch list queries. Tag cloud is available in the "Explore" tab of the watch list.

Watch list provides you with a utility to save your required set of sentences in your defined briefcase. Each briefcase can be named based on your study type.

The auto complete feature enables you to quickly select your required protein, disease, drug or process name. The feature comes with a drop down option for any partial term that you type into the search field. All the searches in XTractor Premium have this utility so as to reduce the time required in searching for the entity.

The results for a query are ranked in the order of most highly occurring terms.

With Xtractor Premium you can save each of your queries and the results in the semantic search panel. All queries could be reloaded later from the history panel.

Also the homepage reflects all the queries that you have performed on the XTractor Premium knowledgebase.

"My Results" tab in XTractor Premium stores all the results that are saved under different search options.

You can export the data as XML, pdf or cytoscape compatible formats.

XTractor Premium provides webservices for all the data, so that updations happen at ease.

Each of the entities in XTractor Premium is outlinked to multiple databases, so that you get reports on them automatically.

Bibliographic search and summary search enable you to track the organizations and their research interests.

XTractor Premium is integrated with Cytoscape for visualization of relationships; also we have some newer formats of data representation in concept linking and co-occuring entities, which help you to visualize the data.

All the entities in XTractor Premium are outlinked to several public domain databases. So using these you can easily integrate the data to your in house systems. Also you can alternatively export the required content alone and study them using your proprietary systems.
